Storage method of Acetone

1. This product is highly flammable and has a serious fire hazard. It is a Class A fire hazard material. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from heat sources.


Fire source and taboo material. All containers should be placed on the ground. However, acetone stored for a long time and recovered often have acidic impurities and are corrosive to metals.


2. Packed in 200L (53USgal) iron drums, with a net weight of 160kg/barrel. The interior of the drum should be clean and dry. Store in a dry, ventilated place, keep the temperature below 35°C, prevent violent impact during loading and unloading, and prevent sun and rain. According to the provisions of fire and explosion chemicals storage and transportation.


3. Storage Note: Store in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse, away from fire and heat sources. The temperature should not exceed 29°C. Keep the container sealed. Should be stored separately from oxidants, reductants, and alkalis. Avoid mixing. Use explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities. Do not use mechanical equipment and tools that are prone to sparks. Storage areas should be equipped with spill emergency treatment equipment and suitable containment materials.
